2. Scope of this policy

This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with this Site only. Each of our products has its own product-specific privacy policy and terms, published at that product’s own domain (for example, GraceHearth at gracehearth.com). Accounts, payments, and customer data for those products are governed by the product policies, not by this one.

3. Information we collect

This Site is an informational corporate website. It has no user accounts, no payment forms, and no analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies. The limited data involved in serving the Site is:

• Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting.
• Web fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address as part of the request. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

4. How we use information

We use server log data only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use it to identify visitors, build profiles, or send marketing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Log data is processed by our hosting provider on our behalf as a service provider. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Retention

Server logs are retained for a short, rolling period consistent with ordinary security practice, and then deleted or overwritten.

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable British Columbia privacy law.
